I'd be really surprised if Israel didn't keep Combat Air Patrols up at all times.

With the NSA's continuous satellite imaging of every square inch of the surface of the Earth in minute detail, I'm pretty sure we know where those airplanes are, would be danged hard to conceal. Tinfoil hat crowd may now throw stones at me, I'm under cover.  Specific planes are easy to hide, either in a hangar, or plane sight. Satellites look down, registration number not visible from that perspective. Then there is a modern invention called paint.
