Never mind deflave and his homosexual inferences, but I am a veterinarian and use a form of pcp (ketamine) to castrate horses.
I would think first of all the toxicology report would find thc and perhaps miss pcp.
I watched a show about drug use in washington dc and the drug using community would dip cigarettes into what the dealers would call "water" and let them dry. They would then smoke the pcp laced tobacco and look like the colts I castrate.
If I do not presedate the colts I castrate with a powerful sedative before using the pcp (ketamine) the horses can exhibit extremely violent and dangerous behavior. Without proper pre sedation ketamine (pcp) is a very dangerous drug to use in animals. I would suspect pcp was the drug involved with this case.
