I just went through the same thing with my 8.5 EL's. Bought Cabelas HD Euros in 8x32. Thought I'd miss the FOV during elk season, and it turned out the only thing I missed was the weight. Optically they are on the cusp of the Swaro.
I'd really like the chance to look through a pair of those 8x32's.
All three pairs of Euro HD 10x42's I've looked through appeared to be out of collimation--two of them quite badly.........
