but he found it unshootable from hunting positions. Would get tagged by the scope.
Yup that's the jist of it haha. I had A BDL SS in a CDL stock with a 6X42...with 250 grain full house loads the fixed six was tapping my eye brow from prone and off the bench. I actually found my buddies 21" HTG Stocked 375 RUM more pleasant to shoot. Needless to say it's gone now... But I had to give it a try anyways!
