Yes, I have a 1969 catalog with them in it. But by then they were 'stained hardwood' stocked. This one has a walnut stock and no serial number. Not sure when they switched over to stained hardwood but I'm going to guess it was the early sixties. I think all long guns had to be serial numbered by 1968 (?).

Hope that somebody can give me some other clues to help date it; buttplate type, lettering, etc.
