If you buy the 3x32 scope, be sure to not buy the one piece nikon 223 mount as it will only fit longer tubed scopes. Buy the two piece 223 mounts for the shorter 3x32 scope
This. I just got back from dropping the one piece mount off at the PO for return to Cabelas. The Nikon 3x32 P223 scout was too short for the one piece mount.
