what is the earilest mod H TD that there are records of ,,and in 30-30?

also the TD rear metal first came out with a single bolt through it then some where above 18339x they added a plate on the back with 2 screws [ser no]but below 19445x then they removed the through bolt somewhere befor 208xxx ,do we have any closer transition numbers??
