I am not sure they are harder to kill if the bullet gets into where it needs to go and does what it needs to do but they are much bigger. I think that a 400 pound rag horn bull or big cow is in fact a different animal than a 700 pound MATURE bull. I have killed both and they sure look different on the ground.
