Sierra's work just fine if you use "heavy for caliber" pills. I use the gamekings quite a bit and they work great. My favorite elk load uses the 250gr. gk in the 338 win mag. I don't run them super fast either. Just have to be a little smarter when choosing the bullet and load for the game you are after... Pretty simple..
