Speaking in terms of the Pain-O-Meter while shooting prone:
Bad - scope too high
Worse - Scope too close to face and having to crane neck to get enough eye relief. (Even if you don't get whacked in the eyebrow)
Screw it, throw it in a lake - Scope too high & too close.
