The first handgun I bought was a High Standard Sentinel. Bought it at a Pawn shop 48 years ago, $42, with holster, out the door.
Have fired many thousands of rounds through it with never a problem. Only screw on the whole gun is the one that holds the grip on.

Probably don't see them much as the owners hold on to them.
