I'm guessing he found that he does not have enough influence to make the DC address pay, he has made chicago too dangerous to live and one more wacko in kaliornia will not even be noticed.
I liked it better when he said he was moving to Dubai . . . . I'm betting they explained to him that he was not . . . AND open immigration is not one of their polices and he had nothing of value to add to their nation.
