As was said, look up the setup for the friction rings. Clean the tube/rings really good.
My 16ga would cycle fiocchi field loads fine, but bulk herter's stuff just a few fps slower made it balk unless freshly cleaned and a little synthetic oil instead of my usual good 'ol ballistol.
