The first guy was already at gunpoint, so some of the failure to act. The rest is the difference in personality between the two. I already know I am slower drawing and thinking, so consider this if ever in such a situation. Someone posted about people blinking and such, I need to recognize that in myself. Some of the rest of us need to, too.
His mistake that cost him his life, was he was playing a typical BONE move, like the movies, he drew a second gun and he got killed because of it. There could've easily been a shootout in that situation, don't know what the outcome would've been but the owner definitely got lucky.
