I'd trust the 130 TSX/TTSX WAY more than I'd trust a NBT at 3,500...
One would think the NAB should hold together better than a NBT, but some refer to Accubonds as accubombs...
SSII's may hold up at that speed. I've said on numerous posts, matching bullet construction with velocity is an art. A great bullet at 2,800 fps may be a disaster at 3,500 fps.
