GG, i had a patient last summer who had just become a pediatrician.
After an analysis of the costs of setting up a clinic and comparing it to what most pediatricians are making these days with all the kids on medicaid and realizing she would be working 60+ hours a week and still probably go under, she realized she would make a lot more money, work and have less stress by becoming a life flight care nurse-which she did.
