I have no interest in using live bait. From what the outfitter says and the YouTube videos available, that lake (Maria) is a big northern paradise. It's all catch and release with barbless hooks. The Fire is the only site I pay much attention to, so no I haven't checked other forums. I guess I should start looking. I was hopeful to find someone that had been there and just discuss things.
