I believe its an early 60's model and the lever had tension issues, got it out last night and let my daughter shoot it (she won't do that again). Got her functioning like new. I like to take this gun out when the Florida rains come (alot here) and now it's even more protected. It had a finish probably 85% so it was a beautiful gun but I wanted something different and since I bought it a few years back (didn't have hand me down sentimental value) I was scheming on what I was going to do. Now there is alot of $$$ invested in this weapon so it will be a piece that will stay with me until the kids pry it out of my dead hands....
