Are YOU guys serious??? This is yet another big government socialist Democrat program that will cost Billions and will NEVER go away. Yeah, nothing to see here, move along. Sheesh. I guess more welfare and government spending is just fine as long as it's proposed by "our guy". This attitude is exactly why this county will be a full fledged socialist nation in the near future.
