Reamer pilots come in .0002" increments. Not 2 thousands, two ten thousands. There are a couple places that rent these. Akjeff is right if you have access to deltronic pins, they can get the right fit. You want a snug fit, not too tight to where you scar the lands, but too loose and it can chatter and not be as accurate.
