For those who are trying to figure out a good way to scout out areas you are unfamiliar with, some of you may be familiar with the Colorado Hunting Atlas (online) . I discovered though, you can use that tool to look research anywhere in the US. Colorado is highlighted and has all the Colorado data overlays, but all the aerial and topo views are available for everywhere.

You can share maps with a link, print maps, you can draw and measure on the map. Pretty handy little tool.
