I sat next to a young man Saturday night night at a graduation reception. He is from Denmark, and had been back to Denmark recently. I asked him if Denmark was largely socialistic,. He said, yes, very much so, the state runs your life.
He added, he did not understand why the US wants to follow Europe when socialism has proven to be a failure there.
It's because they're stupid. There can be no other explanation. Historically, socialism and communism have always failed, yet they support it and consider it superior. It must be stupidity.
