I have a Pelican 70 QT cooler that is bomb proof. That said I spotted a 70 qt Igloo rotomolded cooler at Costco for 200 bucks the other day. I am picking it up the next time I go to the store.
Not sure if it's their store brand, but Costco also offers a brand named KYSEK. Rotomolded, it's a heck of a lot cheaper than the big name brands. Check it out at costco.com.
