Lot of tomato, cucumber salads, fresh out of garden.
I toss in red onion add olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. I let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours before eating. Best darn salad there is.
This, except I use roasted garlic infused rice vinegar or just plain old Braggs apple cider vinegar. Soon the zipper creams and purple hulled peas and cornbread will join in the fare.
