the only way to fix it is to purge the alledged offenders and place them physically outside the fence/perimeter/gates. i'm not sure any western country has the gonads to implement such a solution. china & russia might still be in the running for such a possibility.
and maybe the best thing is to allow the jihadists, etc. to diffuse across the countryside. that seems to be the decision that has been made. i know that's our decision pretty much involving various illegal aliens.
