I have a Contender Carbine barrel in 7x30 Waters. I would like to get it opened up to the Ackley Improved version of the cartridge. I have flirted with renting a reamer and doing it myself by hand, but I am hesitant.
Can anyone recommend a gunsmith who would be able to perform the work? ...any resident 'Smiths?
