There was a thred posted on here several years ago, that had the recipe for Cony sauce to put on Cony Dogs.

I'm not good with the search thingie, and lost my copy of the recipe.

The recipe came from a guy who's Grandmother or some family member that actually worked at Coney Island and made the original Coney sauce.

Anyone remember this? Or have a copy of the recipe?

It consisted of ground beef, with fine diced onion, and catsup, with a bit of mustard.

I "winged" it and made something similar, and put it on Hot Dogs.

I was close, but off just a bit.
