What made you try it upside down? Not controlled feed.
I got one coming too. Early remain was bad. Gave me new one after retooled, seems good. First one I operate 1k times. New one was smooth out of box.
Buds must have bought a semi load cheap, or over stocked after election. I would have thought hand guns and ARs would be what the over stocked on.
Not working it loaded. Just working the action empty it seizes up occasionally. I then found if held at an angle it happens more often then if held upside down it occurs 100% of the time. My other (older Marlin) Guide Gun doesn't this.
