That thread about Red Lodge MT. got me to reminiscing about fishing the lakes at the head of West Fork Rock Creek up near Sundance Pass. Back in the 90s I would backpack up there and catch some nice fish in high lakes like Ship, Marker, Triangle and Bowback. Does anyone know if the fish and game dept still helicopter stocks those high lakes? When they did, if you hit a lake about 4 to 6 years after stocking, there were some wary old monsters left.
