Guys, one of my favorite condiments to use on pulled pork has got to be North Carolina Finishing Sauce. Mmmmmmm good. smile cool

A few weeks ago in preparation for some pulled pork the following week end I made up a sauce pan of the above recipe and set it aside to "air" for a few days covered with a tea towel.As luck would have it the tea towel decided to jump into the pan and soak up most of liquid leaving behind a reddish pudding like substance.

Stuck my finger in for a taste and DANG HOLEY CHIT!!!!! This stuff is good but with most of the vinegar flavor absent. so it went into fridge for later use on chikken and burgers as it turned out.

I guess the above could be accomplished my making a reduction but I think I'll stick ta throwin' the rag in the pan and comin' back the next day as it's a proven method !! crazy grin cool
