I have a new ruger No. 1 25-06 varmint weight barrel the blueing is very nice and the bore is absolutely perfect as I dont think this barrel was ever installed but I could be wrong but either way its one nice no. 1 barrel and there is no quarter rib on the barrel nor does it look like there has ever been screws in those holes the price is 150 bucks plus the pony express dues........
