NIB VX-1's can be had for $130 on eBay.
Technology progresses. Probably better off going with newest. IMO. For $20, I would.
Yea, those $130 E-bay specials are probably old stock. Leupold upgraded both the VX1 and VX2 several years ago. Current VX-1's and VX-2's are a MUCH better scope than the older versions. They sold off old stock dirt cheap a few years ago when they made the upgrade and $130 for one of the old ones is no bargain. Easiest way to tell is that the windage and elevation turrets on the old ones are friction adjustable. New VX-1's are now click adjustable.
