Get a .47 cal pistol brush, put it on a short length of cleaning rod, insert in cordless drill. Thoroughly wet all charge holes with powder solvent, run .47 brush thru on low speed thru all holes. Swab with powder solvent again, then use .44/.45 cal jag and clean patches to dry all holes.

With 38/357 cylinders swap the .47 brush for a .40 brush. Works like a charm.
