Rereading your earlier post I realize I missed responding to your ridiculous comment about Walker walking a tight rope. What he is clearly doing is using that rope to drag the House into ever-deeper debt. He has been more spend-spend-spend than any previous Governor in terms of budget requests. That would be in terms of dollars, not percentages. His performance has been anywhere but the middle.
