The factory set trigger can be adjusted to a great non-set trigger. When so adjusted, the trigger can't flex forward. The trigger slot in the bottom metal is pretty tight for triggers so adjusted. I broke a CZ trigger, taking the barreled action out of the stock. Those parts are MIM and break. I replaced it with a Timney. You could remove the bottom metal before removing the barreled action or enlarge the bottom metal trigger slot.

MIM breaks, Timney's are made of steel. The Timney sits farther back in the trigger guard compared to the factory trigger. I like that, too.

So, if I had a DG 550, it would have a Timney.
