I have a M1999 action. Are you still looking for this action or already found one? I would have to pull out and check the particulars but believe it is SA. I will also need to check the boltface. You may be asking why I'd have to check? Well its been a about 5 years since I had them and was planning to do a build on this but have not gotten around to doing it.
