i use a Natures Harvest (?) the came from Wal-mart many years ago.Its the round style. Bought extra racks so it has 6 all together. Works good for jerky.
Just make sure it has a thermostat.
Sounds like the one I have. It doesn't have a thermostat, but does have a temp control. I do only meat in it, so it is always set at the highest setting. The results are fine. Only thing that is a pain is cleaning the racks when finished. I did have to get extra ones to handle a typical 5 lb batch.
