I'm contemplating an LRHS. Not sure I'm willing to spend that money, but contemplating. The 3-12 seems like the mag range I would want for the application, but I'm concerned about losing the reticle at low mag in dark timber. So, the illuminated 4.5-18 makes me ask:
How is the illumination? Is it dim enough at lowest intensity? Since I'm asking and don't recall: Are there two color options, or only one? Red, correct?
