I shot my 300 WSM three times without ear protection while hunting. Seems odd to me the muzzle blast never registered with me, never heard it. I know that can’t be good. Why don’t we hear it? Why doesn’t it ring my ears like it would at the shooting range? I know better than to think I am actually unharmed.
