Seems like a great idea until you realise the splatter is hitting the target below it right in the guts.

The angle of the dangle needs work too.



I've had this setup on my 500 yard range for 5 years and no problems. Yes, the bullet splatter hits the hangers below.... and it does take the paint off but no other damage than that. No frags are directed forward.

If frags are a problem that need to be contained.... there is this approach. The tire catches about 99% of the frags for disposal or remelting.
