About 10 miles to Seneca Rocks... about 5 miles to Spruce Knob...

Good roads are already cut on the land... most double wide (the dozier operator was a Master with a rock bar)... about 2 to 2.25 miles worth...

Good timber on the land... it has been logged (about 10 years ago... BUT I met the logger... and he did a very respectful job on what he left).

Summit is about 3,350'... this will be our homesite +/-... 360 degree views. Not much elevation for you Western fellas, but pretty good for the east coast... should make for a nice place to live out our days.

Summary... THANKS to many for their opinions... I am 99% convinced that power will be achievable for $15k to $25k. Hopefully less after we talk to the designers/engineers at Mon Power.
