Don't know the speed, I reload for accuracy. Odds are good Load #2 will be the better load.
I'm running the 142 ABLR pushed by IMR 4350 and getting 2800 out of my 22" barrel. Groups are tight (.3") and hold it out to as far as I've shot it so far (300 yards).
