I don't see a need for a response from McMillan. We have discussed the issue in detail and they are offering:

1. The stock fixed(if possible)
2. A new identical stock that is pushed through production as an expedited order. Which will take 8-12 weeks.
3. Or a refund...

I really don't know what else they could offer to do... The "McM" sticker is a final QC approval sticker from their inspector. There is no way anyone could miss such a spot of damage. At this point I really don't know what I am going to do, however, I am certain they will stand behind it.
