Just finished Russell Green River 6" boning knife I put Mediterranean Olive wood on this one with 1/8" nickel pins. Slack belt finish all around blade spine. 10.5" OAL with 6" of cutting edge. 1095 carbon flat ground factory blade. I put a nice taper from back to front on these as well as a gentle radius. They feel great in your hand and will cut real good. Takes an edge easily,holds it good
