Franken takes one for the team. This is a set-up. Franken called for his own ethics committee investigation. He will be sanctioned or some other such slap on the wrist, but in the meantime he actions are going to show America and specifically the citizens of AL how this is supposed to go down and how Moore needs to do the same and step down.
This is all a ploy to show the democrats are ethical and Judge Moore is nothing but a pig who refuses to do the Right thing.
Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.
