California gun laws are unconstitutional, poorly written and nearly incomprehensible, and as a result they are vulnerable to being overturned through litigation. Some have been, and some are in process, but unfortunately, this takes considerable time.

Many ffls don't understand the laws correctly, and even CA DOJ has been known to give out incorrect information...it's a shameful situation.
