At the shop I work a Howa is a flat breech so 200 plus metric threads 30 plus caliber marking 20 plus dip blue barreled action only 40 (no polishing other than the bbl)

So the labor with caliber marking and simple blueing is 290 plus the barrel. Providing no work with the bolt face? What caliber are you thinking?
