358wsm - Thanks for the kind words. I am happy about the 7mm as well. It was a real joy to shoot today. Light recoil and good potential for accuracy. Even with the loads that didn't work out, I was bangin the 10" steel gongs at 200 yards with no effort. I'm really excited about this new rifle. I enjoy the entire process of load development. I've sold many good rifles just so I could have a chance at loading for the next one. It's helped me figure out how to do it. FYI... You asked about the scope being proven. After today, I can confirm the scope is still in good working order.
