K22 What velocity and barrel length please.
I got the Labradar out today and tested 6 loads. 3 using Federal 215 primers and 3 using Rem. 9 1/2Mag. primers. All 6 loads were as follows..............
Bullet 140gr. Partition
Powder 49.3 gr. of RL 26.
Brass Remington
Velocity with Fed. primers
2676, 2657, 2654
Velocity with Rem. primers
2609, 2604, 2613
Groups were right at an inch, outside to outside. All 6 rounds I fired without any cooling time.
Barrel is 22".
I will increase the load when I get time to see if accuracy gets any better. I also want to improve the velocity which won't be hard.
