I’m up to bat on Winston’s list again.......I love my model 43, but am thinking of ordering this one for the GF, to perform kitchen tasks.
She actually shows interest in these custom knives and wants one with black pins, black liners, desert ironwood scales and D2 with a kydex sheath.
Of all the winston models the #89 looks about right, but im open to other suggestions from you guys as well. Does anyone have experience with the model 89?
